Tropical Storms Bret And Cindy Become First June Pair To Form East Of Lesser Antilles In Same Hurricane Season

Tropical Storm Bret is now in the Caribbean Sea. Bret is still producing heavy rain in parts of the Windward Islands. Tropical Storm Cindy formed late Thursday night, but is no threat to land. It's the first time we've had two storms form east of the Antilles in June in the same hurricane season.
