Tropical storm watches have also been extended from north of the Suwannee River to Indian Pass, in the Florida Panhandle near Apalachicola, and continue in effect for Florida Bay and the Upper Keys. The Florida Panhandle could see tropical storm conditions beginning Tuesday night.
