Hilary's Remnants Soak Nevada; Mud Covers California Roads

What was once Tropical Storm Hilary moved into Nevada Monday, causing flooding in areas near Las Vegas where residents were told to shelter in place. A sea of mud covered streets in some Southern California neighborhoods, with Palm Springs especially hard hit.
