Cristobal Destroys Protective Dunes in Grand Isle, LA

Cristobal destroyed a mile-long stretch of protective sand dunes on the barrier island of Grand Isle, Louisiana. And with a more active hurricane season predicted, it doesn’t bode well for barrier islands across the region.
