Aerial Footage Shows Scale Of Hurricane Otis’ Destruction In Acapulco

The Category 5 hurricane made landfall with maximum sustained winds at 165 mph in Acapulco, Mexico, the strongest on record for a landfalling Eastern Pacific tropical cyclone. The damage is staggering in the tourist area called the Diamond Zone.
