While most areas saw modest snowfall, it was the combination of snow and wind that was most hazardous.

Blizzard conditions were reported in parts of Iowa, including in Jasper County, where a occurred along Interstate 80 east of Des Moines.

Illinois: 4.5 inches Freeport

Michigan: Estimated 12 inches in Alston

Minnesota: 6 inches near Buffalo

Wisconsin: 11.1 inches in Rhinelander
