The Seasonal Travel Index Results for June to August 2023 show that the majority of travelers are planning summer trips this year, with most spending more than they did last year. The world’s major cities continue to dominate travel bookings. Read on to see the top travel destination this summer according to TripAdvisor.

10. Amsterdam, Netherlands

Amsterdam comes alive in the summer. Visitors can enjoy many a festival, go cycling around the city, boat on the canals or picnic in one of Amsterdam’s many parks. The city’s temperatures , so there’s little chance of having to sweat through your tourist activities.

9. Orlando, Florida

With its famous theme parks such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, it's no wonder Orlando makes this list. With the kids off from school, summer is a great time to visit these hot spots. However, Florida heat climbs during the summer, so it’s a good idea to stay hydrated and be wary of the sun.
