Potential ‘Planet Killer’ Asteroid Found Hidden By Sun’s Glare

Three near-Earth asteroids were found using the Dark Energy Camera in Chile. One, called 2022 AP7, is a “planet killer” whose orbit could eventually cross Earth’s path. That’s why NASA wants to keep tabs on it.
