Could Plastic-Eating Caterpillars Help Us Fight Pollution?

Scientists discovered a species of caterpillar, the larvae of a wax moth, that loves eating plastic and are able to digest the waste to turn it into energy. The findings were published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences.
